  • On some pages, color is used as the only visual means to convey information, indicate actions, prompt responses, or identify visual elements, failing to meet requirement 9.1.4.1 – Use of color.
  • Some pages may contain duplicate attributes and identifiers (Requirement 9.4.1.1 – Processing).
  • User interface elements such as components, links, or script-generated items do not follow the recommended accessibility structure (Requirement 9.4.1.2 – Name, role, value).
